Returns and exchanges

You may request a return within 14 calendar days after receiving your order. After approval, the return must be shipped within 14 calendar days.

If your product is damaged or has obvious cosmetic damage, contact us to arrange a return or exchange. When the issue is confirmed, we cover approved return and replacement shipping costs.

How to request help

Contact DIYSOSO on WhatsApp with your order number, product name and, where possible, photos or video of the issue. Do not send a return before receiving approval and return instructions. Please keep the product and included parts for assessment and use a trackable return service.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection. Your bank may require up to 7 additional days.

Order cancellation

Contact us on WhatsApp within 2 hours of placing an order to request cancellation. After processing or shipment begins, cancellation may no longer be possible and the return process will apply.
