Shipping to the United States and Europe
We ship from Shenzhen, China, to the United States and selected European countries: EU countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway.
United States shipping options
- Orders of US$59 or more: FREE VIP air shipping, estimated 5–7 days after dispatch.
- Orders below US$59: Standard air shipping US$5.99, estimated 7–10 days; or VIP air shipping US$9.99, estimated 5–7 days after dispatch.
Europe shipping options
- Orders of €59 or more: FREE VIP shipping, estimated 8–10 business days after dispatch.
- Orders below €59: Standard shipping €5.99, estimated 12–15 business days after dispatch; or VIP shipping €9.99, estimated 8–10 business days after dispatch.
Delivery to remote areas may take longer. Available destinations and shipping options are confirmed at checkout.
Processing and delivery
Standard kit orders usually ship within 3 days. Custom production time is discussed separately before ordering. Transit estimates do not include processing or custom production. Remote destinations may take longer. Arrival dates are estimates, not guarantees.
